Sharing Dashboards

Share dashboards with your team or stakeholders without giving them full account access.

  • Team sharing – Invite team members to view or edit
  • Public links – Create read-only links for stakeholders
  • Scheduled reports – Email dashboards on a schedule
  • Embed – Add dashboards to your own tools

Best Practices

  1. Start simple – Focus on 3-5 key metrics initially
  2. Group related widgets – Organize by theme or goal
  3. Use consistent time ranges – Make comparisons easier
  4. Add context – Include descriptions for stakeholders
  5. Review regularly – Update dashboards as needs evolve
