What This Means
The sitemap exists but contains no URLs. An empty sitemap provides no value to search engines and should either be populated with URLs or removed.
What Triggers This Issue
This issue is triggered when a sitemap XML file is found and valid, but contains zero URL entries in its <urlset> or <sitemapindex> element.
How To Fix
Add URLs to your sitemap that you want search engines to discover and index. Include all important pages that should appear in search results. If the sitemap is no longer needed, remove it and update any references to it.
